Customer Relationship Executive - Cardiff-Based Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join us here at Inspiretec. The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer engagement to our valued customers from across the technology and/or travel industry and will be responsible for driving a consistent level of communication and experience with them. As part of this engagement, the Customer Relationship Executive will work in partnership with our customers, so as to understand their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions, that truly add value to them. The successful applicant will also be confident in identifying opportunities to maximise the relationships overall.
