Job Overview

The Operations and Logistics Lead will be responsible for driving the business forward by overseeing all operations, logistics, marketing, and bookkeeping activities. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our organization, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations and logistics functions, including daily office activities, pre-/during/post- planning of sales events at remote locations (e.g., tradeshows, conferences).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Manage the bookkeeping function, including invoicing and collections
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of management experience in operations, logistics, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience with bookkeeping (invoicing and collections)
