We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Jira Service Management. You will be part of a group focusing on better self-serve and support capabilities for Jira Service Management, managing the team which is delivering important projects that are strategic to JSM and Atlassian.
You'll build teams, empowering them to achieve their goals, and putting those goals into a broader context. Your greatest responsibility will look after the individuals reporting to you, coaching and supporting them in their professional development, unlocking their potential, and challenging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel.
