IT Technical Support / Helpdesk

We are looking for a competent Junior IT Technical Support /Helpdesk with 1-2 years max of experience in a similar position to provide fast and useful technical assistance to our users on various IT systems. You will answer IT support tickets and email queries on technical IT issues and offer to solve them in a timely manner, You may also provide physical support presence once needed to e.construct offices in October, Maadi and Alex.
