Shift Lead (Millennium Park Coffeebar)

The Retail Shift Lead assists the Assistant Manager and/or Retail Manager with certain  aspects of the coffeebar’s daily operations. The Shift Lead oversees the operations of the coffeebar and demonstrates outstanding hospitality skills through the execution of high quality beverages, guest engagement, excellent product knowledge and superior barista skills
