Head of Design, Jira Align

As an Experience Design Manger in Jira Align, you will report into the Head of Design, ADO and your mission will be to deliver high-quality experiences our enterprise customers love. You’ll focus on improving our core product Jira Align, while also building new capabilities and solutions for enterprise customers and executive level end-users. You’ll up-level the team by providing support and mentorship in constructive ways that encourage, energizes, and increases the quality of work. We are looking for someone who will embrace a collaborative approach to helping their team build confidence, and move work forward embedded within teams of engineers and product managers.
