Senior Legal and Product Specialist, Transactions Group (New York)

This role is within the Legal and Product Team at Robin, and will involve working directly with investment teams at some of the world’s largest private equity and debt funds, financial institutions and corporates as they explore transaction opportunities. As an experienced legal professional, you will have responsibility for reviewing and negotiating transactional documents, alongside the opportunity to hire and develop junior talent.
