In general, it is to work closely with the cofounder/Director to support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the VAES.ai and e.construct. This entails monitoring, overseeing and take ownership of the completion of various tasks. Support and coordinate company-level and team-level goal setting processes in partnership with cofounder/Director (we use OKRs).
