The Associate Corporate Counsel will play an integral role, supporting the legal function in a variety of corporate legal matters including corporate governance, data privacy, and commercial transactions, your responsibilities will include: Draft, negotiate, and manage a range of transactions, including NDAs, saas agreements, consulting agreements, and other commercial agreements related to the company’s business.
