Recruitment Consultant - become Internal Talent Acquisition Lead - R480k/annum

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our recruitment function and play a crucial role in the growth of our business. You'll get to see the direct impact you can make on an organisation through your recruiting efforts. Along with recruiting top performers for our business (we need to make 15+ hires this year), you'll get to drive initiatives like talent marketing and our graduate recruitment program. As this is a key role for our business you'll work closely with our leadership team whilst supported by a CEO who's previously built and sold a successful recruitment agency.
