Customer Success Specialist - Central Region

We are looking for a tech-savvy customer passionate start to join the team, you will be working in Foodics Store in the relevant city, maintaining customers’ trust in Foodics as a skilled technician, troubleshooting and repairing products. You will be supporting our walking customers in their demands and questions relevant to Foodics products, and offer advice to our customers to further improve their experience with Foodics products. Using a customer-centric approach, you will provide and further promote Foodics and help grow their product utilization through upselling selling, and cross-selling techniques.
