Corporate Counsel, SEC & Corporate Governance

Reporting to BYND’s Chief Legal Officer, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing advice and guidance for corporate, capital markets, securities, SEC and NASDAQ reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters, and will support the legal team in other areas including transactions, operations, and commercial matters.
