Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst

Within the Pricing and Corporate Actions team, the Corporate Actions Team handles the entire lifecycle of all corporate actions for GMO’s funds and separately managed accounts.  From announcement to accounting entries, the team coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure accurate reflection and timely processing of both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.  The Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst will support all the functions of the Corporate Actions Team, while also partnering with the Pricing Team, which is responsible for providing timely and accurate valuation across all securities held within GMO.  Analysts within the Pricing and Corporate Actions team are uniquely positioned to gain exposure across multiple asset types ranging from equities and futures, fixed income, listed and unlisted derivatives and complex OTC instruments.
