The Senior Human Resources Generalist acts as a strategic partner to the Director of Human Resources in both functional and technical capacities for approximately 700 employees. This role acts as a critical cross-functional participant and advisor, and is responsible for developing an HR roadmap with a strong focus on establishing scalable workflow (onboarding, talent development and learning, compensation analysis, file auditing, advanced report writing, project management, etc.) and succession planning initiatives.
