Senior Process Improvement Program Manager, Engineering

We are looking for a highly collaborative business program manager with deep experience in continuous process improvement.  This role will focus on hiring, onboarding and other employee-focused processes specific to our high growth Software Engineering organization. This function is integrated into the Engineering team with a primary goal of helping elevate our Engineering Britelings with the lens of a high performing organization built on our values; Drive Impact, Take Ownership, Continuously Learn, Cultivate Authenticity, Empower Customers. The right person will be ready to roll up their sleeves, seek to understand with curiosity, and simultaneously progress key people initiatives to drive measured outcomes such as employee productivity, engagement and retention.
