Our partner is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be coordinate and drive all activities that are part of the candidate experience and owns the entire recruiting lifecycle. Starting with developing creative and efficient sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, networking and employer branding. you will guide the tech talents through the full recruiting process and gives them an exciting candidate experience. Eventually you will also take ownership of the overall employee experience and shapes learning and performance management, you will define policies to increase diversity and inclusion initiatives and increases employee engagement. as Senior Tech Recruiter you exhibit a hands-on mentality and have already gained professional experience within a fast-growing organization.
