Principal, Systems Software Engineer - Runtime

Lyra is looking for someone who is obsessed with the details to be our Partnerships Compensation Manager. You will manage the compensation strategy and incentive/ bonus payouts for the Partnerships team and Partnerships Development team. You will leverage your background in Compensation or Total Rewards and influencing skills to help incentivize performance and drive revenue on a global scale while helping build programs and processes from the ground up.
