Production Team Member (Chicago Roasting Works)

A production employee is an integral member of our Operations team who ensures customer orders are fulfilled daily under our roast-to-order model.  In this role, employees will be exposed to all aspects of our operations, including labeling bags, blending roasted coffee, packaging roasted coffee, and fulfilling orders.  Employees will be assigned to one of the teams below but will be exposed to all different aspects of our operations.  Depending on the order volume, production employees may assist other teams in ensuring we ship orders daily.  The duties and responsibilities of each production team are listed below.
