The Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations will support our People Experience team. This position will play a lead role in the development, implementation, management, support, and maintenance of Shield AI’s people policies. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction balanced with excellent analytical expertise to execute as we continue to scale our operations.
