Director of Product Design and Customer Research

We're looking for a Director of Product Design and Customer Research to help us to create a world class product design team to work across the Fenergo portfolio and to help create a dedicated customer research function that can structure and optimize our many global customer touchpoints. This important addition to our team will help direct effort across multiple teams to deliver a unified, seamless, beautiful user experience for the people who use our products daily.
