As the Director of sales the key deliverable was new merchant acquisition across Asia Pacific for the commercial market & for the growth of Enterprise pipeline. In addition to the overall sales performance I led the GTM, demand generation and sales operations. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: ● Own & lead the commercial business and sales development teams covering Asia pacific. In FY22 growing sales by 125% YoY. ● Added 350 net new merchants to the BigCommerce platform. ● Hire, train and development talent - grew the sales team from 4 to 10 people. ● Lead the integration and the sales team for the Feedonmonics business post acquisition. ● Achieved Feedonomics sales quota in consecutive Qtr’s for the first time in APAC. ● New country expansion - Hired the first Account Executive in Singapore to launch the ASEAN market. Reason for leaving: In January 2023 I was impacted by the Bigcommerce global redundancies.
