Digital Marketing Manager

The Opportunity and Position Summary

Rewiring America is growing and we're looking for a highly analytical and creative Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital marketing efforts. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Digitla Marketing and Campaigns and will manage our agency relationships. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your goal is to help get commitments to electrify from households across the U.S. while also increasing Rewiring America's brand awareness.

Rewiring America's channel mix includes Display, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube and will expand to include Adwords and others as we work towards our goal of electrifying 121 million households.

What You’ll do

Own a variety of digital marketing activities, including but not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day advertising operations and continuously evaluate and optimize spend and channel allocation.
• Oversee and evaluate existing digital marketing channels, developing and testing new channels to determine investment depth and channel mix to drive customer acquisition.
• Guide digital marketing agencies and partners to execute on strategy and spend profile that aligns with organizational goals.
• Own affiliate marketing strategy and oversee execution to deliver results through affiliate channels by balancing growth with ROI while driving rapid experimentation and learning.
• Evaluate effectiveness of all digital marketing channels and create a strategic measurement framework that supports both operational and longer-term goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute partner and other high-impact campaigns using consistent brand voice and tone.
• Communicate how the various channels perform together, understand funnel to lead capture/purchase, and put together insights across all owned digital channels
• Report out regularly on performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

Who You Are

You will have most of the following experience, knowledge, skills, and ability. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t fit all of the criteria:

• Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, marketing strategy, and marketing consulting.
• Ideally 2-3 years of digital marketing or go-to-market experience.
• Data-driven. You like to dive into data in search of opportunities and areas for optimization across marketing tactics, product usage, onboarding journeys and more.
• Organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep multiple work streams on track.
• An excellent communicator. A storyteller with empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.
• Self-starter. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic remote work environment. You are able to develop and move campaigns forward on your own as well as anticipate what's needed to achieve organizational goals.
• A collaborator. You build key relationships and are able to work cross-functionally to execute on your goals.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 USD commensurate with experience.Our comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 160 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also provided with two additional days off during Presidential and Congressional elections. We have an office closure between Christmas and New Year. Regular, full-time employees and part-time employees are eligible for up to sixteen weeks of paid family and medical leave on day one of employment. We offer access to professional development resources.
