Head of Finance

360dialog is a remote-tech company with an office in Berlin (Germany) that has been selected by WhatsApp as one of only a few partners worldwide to exclusively provide access to and develop solutions on top of WhatsApp Business API. We provide solutions for many major brands like IKEA, REWE, PepsiCo, Carrefour, KFC, and Pizza Hut, as well as over 40,000 customers worldwide. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. This includes managing the finance team, creating and maintaining financial models and forecasts, developing budgets, and working closely with c-level management to ensure financial strategies align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a startup environment and will have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with scaling a company. Working closely with C-level management while also being able to work hands-on with the finance team is a must-have skill for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company
• Create and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Develop budgets and financial plans
• Manage the finance team
• Work closely with C-level management to ensure financial strategies align with the company's goals
• Ensure compliance with German bookkeeping standards

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a finance-related role
• A strong background in a startup environment, including successful exits
• Excellent knowledge of German bookkeeping standards
• Proven ability to work hands-on with finance teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English

Benefits

Salary between 120.000 and 150.000 Euro per annum
