As a tech lead you will be responsible for the engineering delivery of product features, working with your fellow product managers, engineering managers, designers and engineers. It will be your responsibility to ensure that we are constantly delivering high-quality features for our customers and partners while maintaining a low technical debt.
You must be able to inspire and lead the broader product & engineering team with a deep passion and hunger to solve the problems our customers and the industry is faced with.

Our salary for this role is £87k, we adjust for cost of living if you are based outside of the UK; we also provide discretionary share options.
🏝 Flexible
With Covid-19, we have decided to be a fully distributed team with Birdie's working across the globe. As long as you're +-3h from GMT, you can work from anywhere you want and with flexible hours. We organise quarterly in-person events and online socials to make sure you can meet up with peers. If you want to come to our London based office, you're most welcome of course!
