We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join our team. The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail marketing, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, merchandising, and operations to ensure campaigns are aligned with product launches and in-store operations.
- Manage the development and execution of in-store signage, displays, and promotions to create a compelling customer experience.
- Develop and manage a marketing budget to ensure campaigns are executed within budget.
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in retail marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail marketing or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
