Summary
The Director of Revenue Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the revenue marketing strategy for the organization. This role will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue growth across all customer acquisition channels.
Here’s what we’d like you to accomplish in your first 3-12 months:
- Establish a routine of organized campaign delivery and deliver on predefined SQL and PQL numbers, for the marketing team
- Running a strong demand gen function with strong reporting and forecasting abilities
- Grow and evolve the demand gen function to meet predefined revenue goals
- Boost communication and collaboration with other teams
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition and revenue growth across all channels, including email, paid search, social media, and display advertising
- Lead the development of lead generation programs, customer retention initiatives, and customer referral programs
- Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue per customer
- Develop and manage the revenue marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve revenue target
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing performance against these metrics, adjusting strategy and tactics as needed to meet revenue goals
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance and identify new revenue opportunities
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to support their professional development and growth
- Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and business objectives

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS organization, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress
- HubSpot certified
- Experience using a design tool such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Basic knowledge of SQL for reporting purpose
- Basic CSS / HTML / JS knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful revenue marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and measure performance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve revenue goals
- Expertise with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- You’re able to come to our US hub once every quarter
