Dispel is seeking a smart, highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing world class marketing team. You will play a critical role in driving the growth, expansion and success of our global marketing strategy, as well as managing the operational infrastructure of our team and efforts as we expand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on digital marketing, event management, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, product, operations and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a fullstack marketer that has an understanding or desire to learn all facets of marketing, including PR, digital marketing, lead gen, product marketing, advertising, partnership marketing, content marketing, brand, and more
- Manage the overall operations and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market efforts across channels, industries, product lines and geographic regions globally
- Manage and optimize the use of Hubspot to support all marketing efforts, including lead generation, email campaigns, and analytics
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Help drive performance, operational excellence and efficiency, and increase our speed to deploy new initiatives
- Manage subcontractors and agencies to ensure that all marketing efforts are executed effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals and objectives
- Coordinate and manage event logistics, including planning, budgeting, and execution of events such as webinars, trade shows, and customer events
- Experience managing CRM and CMS platforms, or an eagerness to learn quickly
- Analyze market and industry trends, conduct research, and provide insights to inform and support marketing strategies
- Compile marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to provide optimization recommendations
- Desire to learn new tools, conduct research and synthesize information that can be presented to executive leadership
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, event management, and cross-functional alignment
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, agile environment with a talented team to drive massive growth for a company
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot and other marketing automation tools
- Experience managing subcontractors, agencies and collaboration across internal teams
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to analyze date & information, and synthesize into actionable insights that will drive strategy
- Resourceful team player with the ability to dive in head-first to do whatever needs to get results
- An adaptable, critical thinker with an optimistic, low-ego, winning attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity and startups is a plus
- Bonus points if you have agency experience
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically on occasion
- Ready to hit the ground running from Day 1
