You will be responsible for leading the product management efforts for the platform of our next generation CFO Super-App. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
You’ll be able to team up with a high-performing, experienced team who've founded, built and exited startups. You'd be a valued peer alongside data engineering, data science, design, product and software engineering team members.
TLDR requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Based on a location that is +/- 2 hours from UK's time zone (GMT +0).
- Experience being hands-on as well as a strategist - we are a small team and need all hands on deck.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth startup environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful fintech products.
- Experience running products at various stages of maturity, from greenfield to legacy.
- Experience developing and executing a product strategy and roadmaps consistent with business and client needs.
- Experience producing and reviewing product requirement documents.
- Experience in setting ways to track product use and impact on end users.
- Proven record of ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Experience collecting and analysing feedback from design partners and clients, to shape requirements, features and end products.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise platform/core features and capabilities.
- Proven record of making creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth startup environment.
- Great at translating complex ideas into simple and clear verbal/written communication (in English).
- Ability to work well with others in a distributed team (remote).
