VP of Product

You will be responsible for leading the product management efforts for the platform of our next generation CFO Super-App. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

You’ll be able to team up with a high-performing, experienced team who've founded, built and exited startups. You'd be a valued peer alongside data engineering, data science, design, product and software engineering team members.

TLDR requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
• Based on a location that is +/- 2 hours from UK's time zone (GMT +0).
• Experience being hands-on as well as a strategist - we are a small team and need all hands on deck.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful fintech products.
• Experience running products at various stages of maturity, from greenfield to legacy.
• Experience developing and executing a product strategy and roadmaps consistent with business and client needs.
• Experience producing and reviewing product requirement documents.
• Experience in setting ways to track product use and impact on end users.
• Proven record of ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Experience collecting and analysing feedback from design partners and clients, to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise platform/core features and capabilities.
• Proven record of making creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth startup environment.
• Great at translating complex ideas into simple and clear verbal/written communication (in English).
• Ability to work well with others in a distributed team (remote).
